Free shipping — how it works

Free shipping is available on a wide range of products across our store. Whether free shipping applies to a specific product is shown clearly on the product listing — look for the free shipping indicator on the product page. Where a shipping charge applies, this will be calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Where we ship

We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and rural addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping to addresses outside Australia.

How your order is dispatched

KK Lifestyle works with specialist suppliers and fulfilment partners to deliver products directly to you. Orders are dispatched from warehouses located in Australia or, for selected products, from overseas warehouses. The dispatch origin for each product is determined by the supplier and may not always be visible at point of purchase — however, all orders are fully trackable regardless of origin, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in full to every purchase.

Transparency notice — overseas dispatch:

Some products in our store are dispatched directly from overseas warehouses (primarily China). Where this applies, estimated delivery timeframes are longer than for Australian-warehoused products. This is always reflected in the estimated delivery timeframe shown for the product. You will receive full tracking details regardless of dispatch origin. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected by the dispatch location.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier workload, weather, public holidays, and address accessibility.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm AEST may be processed the following business day.

Tracking your order

Every order includes tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, particularly for orders dispatched from overseas.

Delivery to your door

Most items are delivered to your door. For large or bulky furniture items, delivery may be kerbside depending on the courier and your location. If specific delivery requirements apply to a product (such as kerbside only), this will be noted on the product listing. If you have specific access requirements — such as an apartment building, narrow driveway, or after-hours delivery — please include these in your order notes or contact us before placing your order so we can advise on suitability.

If you are not home at delivery

If no one is available to receive a delivery, the courier will typically leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. Some couriers may leave the parcel in a safe location if an Authority to Leave (ATL) is in place. If your order is returned to the warehouse due to a failed delivery, redelivery charges may apply. Contact us as soon as possible if a delivery attempt has been missed.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. KK Lifestyle is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering. If you notice an error in your delivery address after placing your order, contact us immediately via chat or our Contact page. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Delays and circumstances outside our control

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to high courier demand (particularly during peak periods such as Click Frenzy, Black Friday, and Christmas), adverse weather events, natural disasters, industrial action, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will communicate any known delays and work with you to resolve the situation.

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations on your property. If you are still unable to locate your order, contact us within 7 days of the tracked delivery date and we will lodge an investigation with the courier on your behalf. Resolution timeframes depend on the courier's investigation process, which is typically 3–10 business days.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damage in transit is covered under our returns policy and your rights under Australian Consumer Law. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Multiple items — split shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be dispatched separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking details for each shipment. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Pre-order and back-order items

If you order a product that is on pre-order or back-order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product listing. Delivery timeframes begin from the actual dispatch date, not the order date. We will contact you if there are any changes to an expected dispatch date.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to all purchases from KK Lifestyle regardless of where your order is dispatched from. If a product arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy — a refund, replacement, or repair — at no cost to you. These rights exist independently of our shipping policy and cannot be limited by dispatch origin or delivery timeframe. For more information visit accc.gov.au.
