Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the dimensions and seat height - will it suit my counter?
A: The seat height is 69cm. Overall dimensions are 36cm (W) x 36cm (D) x 79cm (H). We recommend measuring your counter or bar height before ordering to confirm a comfortable fit - typically allow 25-30cm between seat height and counter height for comfortable knee clearance.
Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. As this includes multiple pieces, please allow extra time to check all items on arrival.
Q: How much assembly is involved?
A: Minimal assembly is required - most components arrive pre-fitted. All tools and instructions needed are included.
Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from linen upholstery over bentwood frame with hemp rope footrest. Wipe the linen upholstery with a damp cloth to remove spills. Avoid soaking the fabric and keep out of direct sunlight to reduce fading.
Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.
Q: Will this suit a standard kitchen counter or bar table?
A: Standard kitchen counters are typically 90-95cm high, and bar tables are typically 105-110cm high. Check the seat height against your specific counter or table height before ordering, allowing roughly 25-30cm of clearance for comfortable seating.
