Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the dimensions and seat height - will it suit my counter?
A: The seat height is 65cm. Overall dimensions are 36cm x 36cm x 65cm. We recommend measuring your counter or bar height before ordering to confirm a comfortable fit - typically allow 25-30cm between seat height and counter height for comfortable knee clearance.
Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Q: Does it come assembled or does it need to be put together?
A: Assembly is required. All hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in the box. Most customers complete assembly within 15-30 minutes per stool.
Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from rattan seat with solid beech wood frame. Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid soaking. Keep out of direct sunlight to preserve colour.
Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.
Q: Will this suit a standard kitchen counter or bar table?
A: Standard kitchen counters are typically 90-95cm high, and bar tables are typically 105-110cm high. Check the seat height against your specific counter or table height before ordering, allowing roughly 25-30cm of clearance for comfortable seating.
