Returns policy (Change of Mind): the product must be unopened and in brand-new condition; the return is organized by the customer. Once received and verified, refunds are issued for the item value minus a 15% restocking fee (initial shipping is not refunded). If a return is due to delivery failure caused by customer error, an additional return charge equal to the initial shipping will be deducted from the refund. For health and safety reasons, personal-use items cannot be returned.
