Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the dimensions - will it fit my space?
A: The dimensions are 87cm x 74.5cm x 87cm; Ottoman: 25cm x 60cm. We recommend measuring your intended space before ordering, particularly for larger sets, and allowing clearance for comfortable movement around the furniture.
Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Q: How much assembly is involved?
A: Minimal assembly is required - most components arrive pre-fitted. All tools and instructions needed are included, and setup typically takes a few minutes.
Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from hemlock wood. Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Apply an outdoor timber oil twice a year to maintain the finish and protect against weathering. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.
Q: Is this suitable to leave outdoors permanently, or does it need to be covered?
A: Yes, though like all timber furniture it benefits from a protective oil applied twice a year to prevent weathering and greying. A furniture cover during extended wet weather will help the timber last longer.
