Q: What are the dimensions - will it fit my space?
A: The dimensions are Chair: 59cm x 59cm x 77cm; Table: 40cm x 42cm x 38cm. We recommend measuring your intended space before ordering, particularly for larger items, and allowing clearance for comfortable access.

Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched.

Q: Does it come assembled or does it need to be put together?
A: Assembly is required. All hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in the box. Two people is recommended, particularly for larger items, and most customers complete assembly within an hour or two for pools and pool sets.

Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from steel frame with pe wicker weave. Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Store cushions indoors or under cover during heavy rain and extended periods of non-use to extend fabric life.

Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.

Q: Is this suitable to leave outdoors permanently, or does it need to be covered?
A: Yes - the PE wicker weave is UV-stabilised and designed to withstand sun and rain. We still recommend using a furniture cover during extended wet weather or when not in use, and bringing cushions indoors if they are not weather-rated, to extend the life of the set.
