Q: What are the dimensions - will it fit my space?
A: The dimensions are Table: 240cm x 90cm x 75.5cm; Chair: 55cm x 57cm x 84cm. We recommend measuring your intended space before ordering, particularly for larger items, and allowing clearance for comfortable movement around the furniture.

Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. As this is a large item, please ensure someone is available to receive it and help bring it inside.

Q: Does it come assembled or does it need to be put together?
A: Assembly is required. All hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in the box. Two people is recommended, particularly for larger items, and most customers complete assembly within an hour.

Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from aluminium frame. Wipe with a soft damp cloth. Aluminium will not rust, but avoid abrasive scourers on the powder-coated finish. Rinse off salt air exposure near coastal areas.

Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.

Q: Can I leave the table outdoors permanently or should I cover it?
A: Yes, it is designed for permanent outdoor placement. That said, a table cover during severe weather and periods of non-use will help preserve the finish and extend its lifespan.
