A: The dimensions are Folded: 63cm x 15cm x 97cm; Overall: 70-155cm x 63cm x 85-113cm. We recommend measuring your intended space before ordering, particularly for larger items, and allowing clearance for comfortable movement around the furniture.

A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. A tracking link is sent by email once your order is dispatched.
Q: Does it come assembled or does it need to be put together?
A: Assembly is required. All hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in the box. Two people is recommended, particularly for larger items, and most customers complete assembly within an hour.
Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from steel frame with textilene fabric and cotton pad. Hand wash cotton or cotton-blend components where labelled washable, or spot clean with a soft damp cloth. Allow to fully dry before reuse. Avoid machine washing padded or filled components.
Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.
Q: Is this suitable to leave outdoors permanently, or does it need to be covered?
A: Yes - the powder-coated frame is designed for outdoor use and resists rust in normal conditions. We recommend a furniture cover during heavy or prolonged rain, and prompt drying after wet weather to protect the coating long-term.
