Why You'll Love It
Milano 3m Cantilever Outdoor Umbrella with Protective Cover - Charcoal brings genuine, reliable shade to a patio, deck, or poolside area through the peak of Australian summer. The cantilevered side-post design maximises usable shaded space by eliminating a central pole entirely, built from powder-coated steel frame with 160gsm polyester shade for durability that holds up season after season.
At 3m diameter; max height 2.5m; base 1m x 1m, there is substantial shade coverage. The UV50+ rated canopy is both water-resistant and wear-resistant, and the easy open-close mechanism means setup takes moments rather than a wrestling match. Finished in charcoal.
Note: the base is not included and is typically purchased separately or filled with water or sand for stability. Assembly is required with all hardware included. Backed by a 1-year warranty and protected by Australian Consumer Law - any fault or damage on arrival is resolved at no cost to you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What are the dimensions - will it fit my space?
A: The dimensions are 3m diameter; max height 2.5m; base 1m x 1m. We recommend measuring your intended space before ordering, particularly for larger items, and allowing clearance for comfortable movement around the furniture.
Q: How long does delivery take and do I get tracking?
A: This item ships Australia-wide with full tracking. Metro delivery is estimated 3-7 business days, regional 7-14 business days. As this is a large item, please ensure someone is available to receive it and help bring it inside.
Q: Does it come assembled or does it need to be put together?
A: Assembly is required. All hardware and a step-by-step instruction manual are included in the box. Two people is recommended, particularly for larger items, and most customers complete assembly within an hour.
Q: What is it made from and how do I care for it?
A: This product is made from powder-coated steel frame with 160gsm polyester shade. Hand wash cotton or cotton-blend components where labelled washable, or spot clean with a soft damp cloth. Allow to fully dry before reuse. Avoid machine washing padded or filled components.
Q: What is the returns policy and does it include a warranty?
A: This product includes a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. KK Lifestyle also offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. All purchases are covered by Australian Consumer Law - if something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, KK Lifestyle resolves it completely at no cost to you.
Q: Does this come with a base to keep it stable?
A: No, the base is not included. We recommend a water-fillable or weighted base, widely available from hardware stores, to keep the umbrella stable in outdoor conditions. Umbrellas are designed for mild weather - close and secure it during strong wind or storms.
